Security (17/25) - TikTok does not have a good security track record and they still have unresolved breaches, but they do offer 2FA and have encryption.

User control (15/25) - It is difficult for users to opt out of data tracking, but you can download your data and users can delete their data as well.

Responsible sharing (10/25) - TikTok has lots of third-party companies they share your data with. There is no clear explanation of who their partners are and they have excessive data collection. Users should use at their own caution.
