Organise something engaging like a Cyber Security challenge like a live, interactive demo where they see how easily weak passwords are cracked, followed by a mini-challenge to create an un-hackable phrase.

Session where they are grouped and can ask professionals questions - Break the students into small groups. Rotate industry professionals (Tech/Business/Software) every so often. Students get to ask casual questions without the pressure of a formal presentation.

Educating them on Apprenticeships like a panel discussion featuring current Foundation Apprentices to guide students on about balancing school, placements, getting paid, and what the work is actually like so that they can feel less pressured and more comfortable into considering such opportunities.

Show a clear roadmap on how S4-S6 students can apply for placements or apprenticeships at the end.
